30 day shred , day 15 results

So I am half way through my 30 day shred, and I will be honest, I haven't done as well as I had hoped. But having said that, I am proud of what I have achieved.

If you read my previous post 30 day shred, you will know I am abit of a yoyo dieter and dip in and out of exercise regime. I wanted to make a "lifestyle change" to feel happier and more confident. So as promised here are my day 15 results! 



As I've said I haven't done as well as I had hoped,and it's only because on day 3 my monthly visitor arrived, and without getting TMI I suffer with endometriosis and IBS so I often feel quite unwell when it's that special town of the month. So I took a few days off. But I am proud that I have got back on the wagon and powering through with the workouts.

I am now on level 2 And I won't lie, it's hideous but my word does it work! Just within these 15 days I can feel a difference round my waist and my legs. I have been drinking my juice plus shakes that I have had sat in the cupboard for months and trying my best to eat healthy. I have also been taking green tea capsules. I have slipped in some naughty treats here and there, but as I said this is more ofa life style change rather than an actual diet, that way I feel it's more achievable for me. I know when I cut  something out completely I crave it more.

So all in all I am pleased with my
Efforts and look forward to sharing with you my final results on day 30!
